Thomas - Adolf Frankl's son

At the Judenplatz in Vienna was the Location of the Galerie "Art Forum", which was run with great passion and care by Thomas Frankl. His father, the Jewish painter Adolf Frankl, artistically worked on his experiences from the Holocaust until his death in 1983: Adolf Frankl was deported from Bratislava in 1944 first to Sered and then to Auschwitz. He and his family survived and he began to put the pictures from his head on paper. "Trough my paintings I have created a memorial for all nations of the world. None, regardless of religion, race or political convictions, should ever again suffer such - or similar - atrocities!" - Adolf Frankl.
