Community TV goes Bosnia and Herzegovina

After Belgrade (Serbia) OKTO came to Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) to introduce the concept of Community TV and to transfer know-how on establishing and functioning of Community TV, as support to citizens participation and to support students from Faculty of Political Sciences in Sarajevo in the field of videoproduction. This project was funded by Austrian Development Agency, Austrian Association of Cities and the Austrian KDZ-Centre for Public Administration Research.
